Hi, friends! Obviously we were thinking of all you on our last camping trip of the summer…cause I managed to snap some fun photos of the yellow tutu debuting near Moab!
I don’t know about you, but this week is insanely busy! But enough about me…
We are only one week out from our huge, awesome fall event! This year I sat down and asked myself, “What is really pressing on my heart strings?” I thought about all my pregnant friends (trust me, there are a ton) and all the questions I’ve heard and overheard:
- How active can I be during pregnancy?
- Can I still run? Can I still climb?
- I feel sick all the time…is there any relief?
- How do I manage to work out and lose the post-baby pounds when I am dealing with the crazy schedule of a mom?
- How do I nurse this baby on a hike? Any clothing ideas?
- I am stuck on bed rest! How do I survive this?!
- What exercises will help me stay strong during pregnancy?
So we are venturing on a journey to answer these questions and more. I get the opportunity to introduce you all to some awesome at-home or at-the-park workouts, some inspiring moms setting the pace, fun stories, and amazing brands that are making it down-right-easy to get active as a new or expecting mom!
