The feet are finally up, the hair down, the laptop on… My husband just said, “genuine content is the best content.” And so I am going to be genuine and honest. I am about to write a post on how I don’t have time to write a post this week. 🙂

If you haven’t noticed, the blog has been quieter than usual recently…life has been ramping up recently. I could share with you tales of our most recent adventures involving inversions, pollution, flu, and conjunctivitis. But I’m  guessing you’d rather I skip the details. There have been good things: friends staying over (although they got sick too), family coming to town and pushing new mileages in our little world-of-running. Life is…life when you are a parent. You keep moving, you keep doing all that urgent stuff that screams from the four corners of your household, and suddenly you look up and time has vanished from before your very eyes.

This week we are taking a break from writing to join our fellow outdoor enthusiasts at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market. This is another one of those ways life gets really crazy as a parent.
